It will be fun watching all the posts on the ED website wondering why there is no AGM-88, AGM-84, or AIM-120's... and then asking why they didn't do the Marine Corps radar version... over and over again. lol

Yeah, but in the Falklands....

... where they didn't use the GR7/9... of which the "G" stands for ground attack and the "R" stands for reconnaissance...


... and just as I had predicted... out of left field it has started with Brimstone. At least it's a British weapon system that they kicked off with.

I find this cool that we get a carrier based attack aircraft that is sort of similar to A-10 in armament. I am just slightly disappointed because I am pretty sure the GR7/9 were never upgraded to use JDAMs. So all LGB and iron bombs

DCS's version of JDAM is a cop out anyways.. If they put some more work in to them and make them more like the real deal then it'd be something to lament not having on the Harrier.

They aren't perfect but they work well in an A-10. Whether using markpoints or actual coordinates they do work.
