I had to kick someone from the server earlier. His name is "Wirehaired". After asking him about it he even admitted to it. What he was doing was going into blue side, setting ROE to hold for all units and bunching them up in a large group, and even setting the units that were driving to launch flares. He would then go to Red to kill them. He admitted to doing this, with up to 15 people playing on the server, to "make it easier for him".

Bast and Bawlzy have witnessed this in the past and said he has done this on numerous occasions. I only kicked him, but keep an eye out for him as a possible ban may be coming.
