man , pyro ! did you miss out on the action last night!!!

So, just as you leave,
I say." I'm gonna HALO in and go out in the blaze of glory."

Naro has me waiting for everyone left to jump together. magnet recommends some large town way to the south. massive troops build out. I say
"Sure ,why not!? Were should we jump, into town or the out skirts?"

Magnet looks at his map.
"AAAHHH, F$%^& , I hit the button to jump!!"

magnet had accidently jumped to the eastern side of town

Naro quickly calls out "everyone jump on magnet!!"

So we all jump on Magnets chute.... and so it begins

multiple chutes drifting down
Someone calls out the high tension power lines. I barely pass under them.
Magnet notices something funny bout the town on the way down

"wait, those are watch towers! it's their base!"
"really, no way. No gun fire" someone replies

Silence..
not one shot, no enemy in sight. Its starting to feel weird.

nick says "maybe its a friendly base, I see a blue Humvee up ahead"

We are all a little confused but proceed to "borrow" the truck. We start driving closer to the base and still no shots fired or troops around. We sight other vehicles but that's it. maybe it is friendly. Just as I'm thinking this is going to be quiet ending to my night, I see them.... troops

As we are rolling towards the base, exiting out the main entrance is a full squad walking out for a foot patrol. I'm thinking this is it! but someone calls out ,
" ooh I think those are friendly uniforms , we are good"
As we speed closer , It happens. time slows down as I spy the last man in the squad. he has an Anti-tank missile strapped to his shoulder.
" Oh there's an AT guy, he not turning around, must be friendly"
just then, The soldier unslings the AT missile and points it right at us!

I holler" AT,AT, hostile AT , move!"
The firefight begins.We pull into the entrance , we dismount, eliminate the AT and rush the base!
Popping guys left and right, enemy amour vehicles circling the base, lobbing grenades over the perimeter walls. it chaos and we are laughing like crazy.

Wow

We just waltzed into a huge enemy base right under their noses!!


That was the beginning of a fun mission... I got my blaze of glory alright!
