As many of you know, we have a longstanding tradition of inviting anyone who makes it to the rank of Lt. Col. to join our administration and today our reigning Pilot of the Year crossed that threshold. Squid has always been our F99th nice guy; he wouldn't admit it but he's just a better person than the rest of us. We'll count on him to bring that touch of welcoming and enthusiasm to our decision-making process and make the rest of us steering the F99th ship just a little bit better for it. I already talked him up to excess in the Pilot of the Year post and if I go any further it's just gonna get weird, but I'm sure you all already know why he's a great guy to have at the helm.

Please join me in welcoming Squid to the F99th admin! I'm really looking forward to talking F99th shop with someone who could actually balance out Kocrachon's acerbic influence.
