fellow wingmen, im just letting you guys know the past few weeks have been very busy for me, been catching up with other friends / elite dangerous / and of corse school work. this semester is drawing to a close so the next few weeks will be busy as well getting finals and other tests done, but never fear for your friendly ATC student is thinking about how many aim 9's itll take to wipe out the nearest traffic callout about a Baron or King Air hogging the Final Approach Fix.

This recent absence is probly well timed at least to me judging by the amount of time the rest of you have been in elite / arma 3 lately, so all is well.

I don't think there's really a necessity for an explanation, Alphaskoom. It is a serious and stressful job you are studying for. I am not an ATC controller, but I do work in civil aviation and appreciate what's on your plate. When you get certificated - which you will - I doubt you'll initially be thrown into the deep end on Approach Control at DFW. But, the day will come when the equivalent population of a small town (perhaps not so small, over a shift) is floating around up there depending on you making the right decisions with everyone doing go arounds and asking for vectors to final for another try on a marginal to minimums foggy night clamped down by eight octas of low stratus.
