HI !

I once flew A-10C in a PC sim. Many ,many weeks ago. It's all a distant memory. I stopped flying cuz the game is older than my kid. He's 9 and I think I can teach him to write code now. He's little bro can be beta-tester.

No, I really stopped cuz I had this crazy idea to sell tacos. You see, I love tacos. Tacos de asada. Tacos de lengua.(extra credit to anyone who knows what that is ) yeah, I like tacos. Silly idea really, cuz I miss flying. Now excuse me, I ve got to convince a customer that corn tortillas are gluten free.

PS. I thought of starting this post with "Who tha F&*^@ is Mataman and where has he been" but I think it didn't go so well for the last guy who posted with that kind of spunk. jaja !


FYI, there will be a flying Mexican on Monday night....Mexican flying... I WILL be flying. Huh , that sounds like a circus act. hmmmm....

Mmmmm... taco's that taste you back. I prefer carnitas with asada as a close second.

yeah, carnita tacos with pico de gallo. good stuff ! Tacos de lengue are beef tongue tacos. awesome flavors!
tacos de tripa (tripe) and tacos de cabeza have interesting textures. Its good but not what I would order.
Whenever I was in mexico I always had fun watching and following the lunch crowds to the best outdoor taco stand. just follow that basic rule "when in Rome.." and you will find great food.

After reading this post yesterday I had to go out and get some tacos from the local Mexican food restaurant... Mmmm, was soo good!
