Sweeper and i are Currently operating out of LHS 215 Doing Conflict zones and making some fast cash, my MKIV Viper is already decked to the best parts, minus doing an engineer quest for a better hard-point. sweeper just got Horizons so he landed on a planet and drove around, it was a blast.

Yes, would be nice to have a full wing, come on anytime Mata, would be a blast. been racking up millions of credits in conflict zones, taking down adders and clippers.

I was kind of getting stuck in a groove doing commerce and delivery missions for the Rotanev consortiums, so the change is welcome, lol!

I have horizons, too, but no vehicle, yet. It seems you can use it for mining, from all inferences, but haven't looked into that at all. I do have an invitation or two from engineers to drop in and get to "know" them, but was leaving that for another day, also.

If you have a vehicle to get out of your ship (its cheap) you can land on planets that have stations or bases, and do missions for the engineers, and they will give you massively upgraded weapons and hardware. Depending on what type of ship you guys are running you can team up with me and sweeper and we can just go into a zone and dog fight and kill things

If you are in a group with me you get between 90 and 150k credits per ship you kill. Then go to the local station, and cash in. We can also run rare routes, mining operations or bounty's, its whatever you guys want to do, as long as we are ina wing we all get cuts of what the other is doing. So its a nice new wing system they fixed from the original game.

I have multiple ships in LHS 215, so we can do whatever you guys want, if you want to get super in depth with the game, we can start doing Power Plays, but that stuff takes house and hours of super ninja stuff every day. Its like eve online sabotage.

yea ive been playing it off and on recently, the horizons update was a good thing overall adding the landings, took a long trip to the horsehead nebula a few months ago, landed on some planets and took plenty of screenshots i can show you guys. lately ive been running robigo runs, running slaves to and from the human center-ish area, making a bunch of money doing that, it just gets boring after while. got me a python, been working on getting that fully combat worthy, just need better shield pretty much now, i feel like flying around a yacht in that thing

That would be a good idea, as far as that power play thing Naro was talking about goes, so we don't find ourselves at loggerheads some time. I still have not ever done any of that pledging stuff, as politics isn't my thing and I leave them to it, but it seems like it might be interesting to do as a team in ED. You know, all barge in and wreck the joint with our super ships, lol!

Myself, I've just been consolidating good relations with the planetary factions around the Anlave area, near enough to LHS 215 if anyone needs an extra hand. I chose Anlave because it is hi-tech and that helps with the upgrading of my Cobra, which is now a handy bit of kit that easily survives in bounty encounters and low intensity conflict zones and extraction zones. I'm quite pleased with it. I also got involved with some civil war in one of the systems near Anlave (forget which right now EDIT: Ross 318) which helped get some extra cash.

Now that the Cobra's all up to spec, I might just scoot off for a moment to visit one of those engineers and see what they can do about some custom tuning!

Had a great time last night on this doing a team mining operation, complete with escort, mining ship and collectors with Mata and Magnet. It got really late we were so carried away, lol! Naro was sensible and retired at a civilized time. It is quite a long winded procedure even as a team, and the organization needs perfecting, but we did OK.

The burrowing ship improvement, lol! They still need to work on the appearance of the inside of planets though. Very Jules Verne stuff!

So i finally did it.. i visited Sagittarius A. After of course visiting Colonia and Jaques Station which was a nice little pitstop, and a month of traveling one way my ship is getting beat up a bit from some heat damage and my lack of knowledge of neutron stars overcharging my FSD to insane heights of around 150-160 LY jump ranges causing damage...whoops... my FSD is now at 73% due to this and i'm nursing her straight back home at this point. probly be close to the end of january before i get back to habbited space, depending on how many interesting planets i come across to land on and visit

I flew out to Betelgeuse (supergiant) last winter, and was 2,335 lightseconds away from the star, and was still able to refuel from that distance

Anybody get interdicted by aliens yet? Watched it happen on Kocrachon's twitch stream. Pretty cool.
