For some reason I cannot see the skins on other clients in MP in 2.0. I have all of the skins installed and can see mine on my plane but not on any other aircraft that uses the custom skin slots. any ideas?

I know we figured this out while playing.. but thought I would respond for others..
The rules for seeing other peoples skin's
1. You must both have the same skin.
2. You will not see the other skins unless you witnessed the player connecting or switching a/c. I.e. If you join after all your buds have already connected.. you won't see their skins until they switch a/c (they will see yours tho).
