Nice!
The performance appendix is right up my street. Doing sector planning and runway analysis for non-regular (charter flights) used to be my job in 2003-2005, in the Operations Engineering dept of a now defunct airline that operated Fokker F-28 Mk-4000 and Beechcraft 1900D's, here where I am. I have been compiling data on test flights to make a usable performance manual for DCS' SU-25T/A, as that is always missing from DCS Flight Manuals.
BTW, I am up for your fighter training program, if you're doing it.
EDIT: We really need a properly done systems model for the F-15C, along with the cockpit interfacing a la MiG-21/MiG-15/F-86/A-10C for about 70% (as a first scan estimate) of that Flight Manual to be really useful. Some third party could do a separate, properly made module, if they want to leave the FC-3 alone. It's a hope....
