We fought hard and long (phrasing) and we still didn't win, mission never reset.

lol..

I had the win trigger backwards..

Instead of "All of coalition O U T of zone.. "

I had "All of coalition INSIDE zone"

Which meant that in order for blue to win.. every red unit on the map had to be IN boulder city or the dam..oops!

hehe... I've fixed it..will upload new version when it's not the active map. (peeps playing right now)
