New feature?? Would be great if it doesn't kill fps

Just placed about 10 of them on one spot and didn't drop frames at all. (Okay honestly I lost about 6 when I was zoomed in all the way.)
They also react to the weather. Would be a cool addition imho, make things a little more aesthetically pleasing while making the graphic whores happy.

Tracer, take note!

This looks sick. A few of these around target areas or adjacent cities would be awesome.
