Aha! A well known aircraft, even by the usually aviation disinterested general public, here in Ecuador. It was used by the FAP (clarification: Peruvian Air Force 
) in a strike against Ecuadorian positions in the Cenepa War of 1995. Two were shot down successively by FAE interceptors (Peruvians denied "shot down", but didn't deny the losses). Featuring in the aerial battles of the same day was Captain Mata 
, who shot down an A-37 of the FAP.
