A bunch of us have been hard at work creating a dedicated ArmA 3 server environment for anyone in the F99th who wants to play.

Look for F99th ...mission name... in the server browser. The current mission is Takistan Insurgency which you can read about here: www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=27942

There is a password to join the server. Ask an F99th member in TeamSpeak!

We're keeping this server private to F99th members and VIP guests for now.

We're running a fair number of mods, so check out Narokuu's guide to setting up Arma3Sync HERE .

Thanks to:

• * Narokuu did all of the initial mission setup, and continues to work hard on playability and fun-factor tweaks.
• * Kochrachon has donated a repo server for Arma3Sync. (Thanks again!) An FTP server with large quantities of disk storage on a fast connection is expensive, folks.
• * Weazel and Runny for all the mission editing help. For some reason they haven't blocked private messages from me yet.

The F99th dedicated ArmA 3 server has been moved to a new Linux VPS at ovh.com. Please note that the server name has changed to "F99th Dedicated ArmA 3".

The F99th ArmA 3 dedicated server is back on a machine at my house. ArmA mods don't run well on Linux, apparently.

We have made some updates to the Takistan map, as well as added a Fallujah mission into rotation.

In addition, we've added the rest of the "CUP" modules (cup-arma3.org/) so we can use some of the community-made insurgency missions. This is a fairly large update, so get your ArmA3Sync on it before you want to play.

RHS is back
Kimi's Helmet HUD added (gives air frame pilots active tracking HUD for targeting)
Added CHVD mod. (All in one view distance fix, use your scroll wheel to adjust it, it auto changes to your situation, Air/Ground)
Added 6 degree of freedom track IR enhancement mod. (Arma 3 does not give true 6 degrees of freedom, now we have it)
Armor removed from recruit board
Armor vehicles removed from motor pool
Artillery support removed.




Update your Arma 3 sync and shoot some bad guys, we will be pumping out missions in the future so we have variety in the rotation. Happy hunting!
