ArmA has the functionality to add a arm badge, vehicle decal, squad tags, and some squad info to your profile through a script hosted online. Anyone who wants to be included in this script will need to submit the following information:

Username
UID#
Email (optional)
Remark (optional)

Ones that's finished, you must enter the following into the squad URL field in your arma profile settings:

I took the liberty of adding everyone who submitted their info before with the s77th. As long as you haven't changed your name, you'll only need to update your squad url field.

I added everyone on the list that Pb sent me. I realized that I haven't done the artwork for it yet though lol. I'll have that done in a jiffy, hopefully tonight.
