THE FIGHTING 99TH AIR WING

Mission Statement:

Our mission is to build and maintain a healthy community of like minded virtual pilots. We operate in a style that is balanced in fun gaming and realistic simulation.

Values and Principles:

Strong Members-

There is no replacement for having quality people in the squadron and to have members who are otherwise results in nothing but problems. We'll take quality over quantity any day.

Teamwork-

This squadron was created so that pilots could work together as a team. Many of us would rather set up a teammate for a awesome kill then to take the kill ourselves. The lone wolf will not find a good fit here.

Community and Camaraderie-

It's important to us that we know our members. We take pride in being a tight-knit group, and the only way to do that is to interact with each other. We don't recruit members, we recruit wingmen.

Natural Role Selection-

We don't believe in the seniority system. Each member has the opportunity to use their personal skills to contribute to the squadron. We won't push people into doing anything they don't want to do, and we won't stop people from doing what they're good at as long as it falls within our vision for the squadron.
