Chances are that if you've been banned from our server, it was for good reason. Weather you were banned by automation or by a server admin, the appeal process is the same. Begin by reading this post to find out how to file your appeal.

There are two types of bans which may be delivered:

Temporary Bans - This usually happens to a player who repeatedly team hits or team kills his fellow pilots. These types of bans are removed automatically over time. Depending on how fast the TK's were accrued this could take a long time. Dropping a CBU on a populated friendly area could get you kicked/banned from the server without any human admin intervention.

Permanent Bans - This means you've been banned by a server admin - or - you were temporarily banned too many times by auto-admin. In this case you will need to appeal your ban with the server admins.

Server admins have access to the server logs, missions logs & stats.

We do not routinely clear the ban list. If you've been permanently banned and want it removed, you must contact us in order to have any chance.
